Historian, Political Analyst and Radio and Television Consultant

Nicole Bacharan is a historian, political analyst and radio and tv guide specialised in American modern society and relations amongst the United States and Europe. She is a National Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford College in California, and an affiliated scholar with the National Foundation for Political Science (Science-Po) She is the writer of numerous essays and textbooks, which include numerous bestsellers between them: Le guide des élections américaines 2012 ((The guide to the 2012 US Election, with Dominique Simonnet), eleven-Septembre, le jour du chaos (also with Dominique Simonnet, 2011), Les Noirs américains, des champs de coton à la Maison Blanche (American Blacks: From the Cotton Fields to the White Property, 2010), Faut-il avoir peur de l´Amérique? (Need to We Worry The usa?, 2005). She often seems on tv – TF1, France2, France3, France5, TV5, M6, Arte, Histoire, Bloomberg, Télévision Suisse Romande, CNN – and gives interviews to the local, countrywide and overseas push – Le Figaro, La Croix, L’Express, Le Place, Le Nouvel Observateur, Le Monde, Libération, Le Parisien, the New York Instances, the Washington Put up, NPR. She is also a radio contributor for Europe 1 on international politics, issues about the United States and transatlantic relations. On September eleven, 2001, live from the France 2 night news clearly show hosted by David Pujadas, she still left a mark on French tv-watchers when she claimed “Tonight, we are all Us residents,” a phrase repeated the subsequent day in the newspaper Le Monde.

Roberto D’Alimonte teaches at LUISS Guido Carli College in Rome because 2010. Prior to then, he was a Professor of Political Science at the College of Florence. D’Alimonte has been a Ford Foundation Fellow at Yale College and an American Council of Realized Societies Fellow at Harvard College and has taught as a traveling to professor in the political science departments at Yale and Stanford. He has been a lecturer at New York College Florence because 1995. Effectively-known as a political journalist, Professor D’Alimonte covers Italian politics for Il Sole 24 Ore, Italy’s big financial newspaper, and is frequently sought out by The New York Instances, The Financial Instances alongside with a range of European Television set, newspapers and publications, for commentary on present-day Italian and European politics.
